ONE-ON-ONE COACHING
Coaching is one of the most effective ways to unlock your potential and create your unique vision. It equips individuals with the tools, knowledge and opportunities they need to develop themselves and become more effective. Behavioural techniques and specially-tailored activities are designed by the coach. This helps clients maintain a consistent and confident focus as they fine-tune their strengths and manage their challenges. The engagement of our virtual sessions is usually fortnightly and in blocks of 12 sessions over a 6 month period.
TEAM AND GROUP COACHING
Team and group coaching unlocks a groups’ potential and enhances collective intelligence. While individual coaching can be deeply effective as a one-on-one experience, the same powerful energy and learning also radically benefits the larger, human systems we work in. When your company has skilled and capable people, it helps to step back and view them as more than individuals. Not only do your teams deserve a chance to train their team working muscles, but the sense of connection action it fosters can be a powerful intrinsic motivator. Team coaching helps teams experience empowerment in at least three ways. The engagement of our virtual sessions is usually fortnightly and in blocks of 12 sessions over a 6 to 9 month period based on needs.
TRAINING, FACILITATION AND CONSULTATION

2. Organisations are becoming more people centric. Respondents reported an increased demand for in-house counselling/coaching services and corporate wellness solutions. More than 70% of them stated that people, skills and cultural development are driving their agenda.
3. Organisational development at the forefront of change. Despite COVID-19 resulting in a slowdown of external investment, development remains central to organisational life. The digitalisation of interventions due to COVID-19 is transforming that delivery of training, coaching, mentoring, consulting and counselling, and improving virtual collaborations for teams and individual employees.
